There are three different ways you can order from Active Brains Busy Hands :-
1. You can download our order form, print it off, fill it out and post it to us. Click here to download the Order Form.
2. You can fill in our Online Order Form. When you click on the Send button on the form, details of your order are sent to us. We then contact you to verify the order and to advise you of your payment options. Click here to go to the Online Order Form page.
3. You can use our Online Shopping Cart which is built in to all of our product pages - and pay for your order via PayPal.
SHIPPING in AUSTRALIA
Goods sold by Active Brains Busy Hand are shipped within Australia via Australia Post. The shipping time for each order varies from area to area and can be anywhere up to 10 working days. Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received by Active Brains Busy Hands.
For local deliveries to Bomaderry, Nowra and the Bay and Basin area, shipping is free if you order via our Online Order Form or mail Order Form. For the rest of Australia we charge a flat fee for all orders of $15.00.
SHIPPING outside AUSTRALIA
For orders to a delivery address outside of Australia, the overseas surcharge is $35.00 Australian Dollars. In general, all overseas orders will be sent via Australia Post via air mail. Delivery times will vary from country to country. However, heavy orders may be sent via sea mail.
If unsure, please contact us for more specific details for your country and/or for a customized quote.
Any taxes, customs duty and/or other charges which may be charged by the country where the goods are delivered, are the resposibility of the customer.
Problem Resolution
In the event that an item cannot be supplied immediately, we shall notify you and give you an estimated time of delivery. If this later delivery time is not suituble for you, you have the choice of:
1. a suitable alternative of your choice for the same value or
2. a full refund for that product(s).
In the event that an order fails to arrive within a reasonable period, please contact us. We will make every effort to track the goods and fill your order.
If products are damaged during shipping, please contact us by email or telephone. Any such claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of products. Any freight costs incurred are not refundable and are the resposibility of the customer.
